Chapter 5: Chassis Setup and Maintenance

DVD-ROM Drive and USB Comport

The 825M chassis models include a slim DVD-ROM and USB Comport drive. In the

unlikely event you must change the DVD-ROM drive, do the following

Replacing the DVD-ROM and USB Comport

Follow the instruction for removing the DVD-ROM unit found in the section of

this manual titled Removing the DVD-ROM Drive Unit.

Remove the bracket attaching the DVD-ROM to the USB Comport

Replace the DVD-ROM, USB Comport, or both and replace the bracket.

Reinstall the unit to the chassis and reconnect the cables to the motherboard

and/or backplane.
